Shipping Policy

Delivery time varies depending on the location:

Metropolitan Area (Medellín, Bello, Itagüí, Envigado, Sabaneta, La Estrella):

• Cost: $8,000
• Time: Between 1 and 2 business days

Regional Level:

• Cost: $10,000
• Time: Between 1 and 3 business days

National to Main Cities (Bogotá, Cali, Pereira):

• Cost: $16,500
• Time: Between 1 and 3 business days (once the order is approved)

National to Non-Main Cities:

• Cost: Subject to verification and possible adjustment

The warranty period for our garments is 30 days, counting from the date the customer receives the product. Once the claim is received, the product will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within a maximum of 15 business days.
