How to place an order on the website?
To place an order at Duluva:
Select the products you wish to purchase.
Fill in the necessary data for shipping:

Proceed with payment using any of our enabled methods.
Once the order is processed, we will send you a message with the tracking number so you can track the shipment.
How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping to Major Cities (Bogotá, Cali, Pereira):

What should I do if my product has a defect?
Warranty Policy
If the product is defective: The warranty period for our garments is 30 days, counting from the date the customer receives the product. Once the claim is received, the product will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within a maximum of 15 business days.
If the item has a defect and it is possible to repair it, we will proceed with the repair. If the item cannot be repaired, we will arrange for the product to be exchanged. If the defect is repeated, the customer may choose between receiving a new exchange or an alternative solution.
Important note: Products on promotion, purchased during events such as "VAT-free day" or with special prices, are not subject to exchange or return.
Shipping Costs for Guarantees: Shipping costs for the process of reviewing and/or exchanging garments are the responsibility of the customer, who must send it to the address indicated by Duluva. In the event that a defect covered by the guarantee is confirmed, Duluva will be responsible for sending the garment back to the customer.
What to do if you want to exchange a garment?
Returns and Exchange Policies
At Duluva, we want you to feel completely satisfied with every item of clothing you purchase. That's why we offer you up to 30 calendar days to request an exchange if the product does not meet your expectations.
In order for us to process your request, it is important that the garments meet the following conditions:
• They must be in perfect condition, retaining their labels, original tags and packaging intact.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on panties, bodysuits, swimwear thongs or weekday kits. However, if any of these products have a manufacturing defect, we will apply the provisions set out in our warranty section.
Exchange options:
• For products of the same value: We will make the exchange without generating additional charges or refunds.
• For lower value products: We will send you a voucher with the remaining balance, which you can use through our WhatsApp channel
• For higher value products: It will only be necessary to cover the difference between the products.
