Product Availability At Duluva, we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally unexpected issues may arise. If the product you selected is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you promptly.
In case of partial cancellation due to stock shortages, you may choose to accept the partial delivery or return the shipped items following our exchange and return policy.

Delivery and Shipping We strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete address where we can deliver within business hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Notifications: We will keep you informed about your order's status via email.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the order may be left at the reception of the provided address.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal At Duluva, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, you can exercise your right to withdraw and return products within five (5) business days after receiving them, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of panties, unless they have manufacturing defects.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used and may take up to thirty (30) calendar days.
Product Warranty Our priority is to offer you quality products. Therefore, all purchases come with a sixty (60) day warranty from receipt.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear. To request a warranty claim, contact our customer service team, who will review your case and respond within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
