Exchange and Return Policy

At Duluva, we want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. That's why we offer up to 30 calendar days to request an exchange if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

To process your request, it's important that the items meet the following conditions:

They must be in perfect condition, with their original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of panties, bodysuits, swimwear thongs, or weekly kits. However, if any of these products have a manufacturing defect, we will apply the terms outlined in our warranty section.

Exchange Options:

• For products of the same value: We will make the exchange without any additional charges or refunds.
• For products of lesser value: We will send you a voucher for the remaining balance, which can be used through our WhatsApp channel.
• For products of higher value: You will only need to cover the difference between the products.
