Warranty Policy
The warranty period for our garments is 30 days, starting from the date the customer receives the product. Once the claim is submitted, the product will be inspected, and a response will be provided within 15 business days.
If the garment has a defect and it can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair. If the garment cannot be repaired, a product exchange will be arranged. If the defect occurs again, the customer may choose between a new replacement or an alternative solution.
Important note: Products purchased on promotion, during events such as "Tax-Free Day" or at special prices, are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
